Alexandra (Alex) Armstrong is the chairwoman and founder of Armstrong, Fleming, & Moore. == Biography == Born and raised in the Washington DC area, Alexandra Armstrong's father died when she was 9 years old. In 1977, Walsh left Ferris & Company to start her own firm, and Armstrong made the transition along with her.
